2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Provider Listings

Providers must provide accurate information about their services. All listings are subject to review and approval. IslandLink takes a 10% commission on confirmed bookings.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Tourists can book stays, rentals, and tours through the platform. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the provider's cancellation policy. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not post false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent transactions, harass other users, or use the platform for illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

IslandLink is a marketplace connecting tourists with local providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party providers.
